About the role

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our ambitious goals by expertly managing existing products while innovating new ones that seize market opportunities.

Your strategic vision will be key as you set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to boost product performance and steer our initiatives in the right direction. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Partner Engagement teams to supercharge SAF sales and refine our go-to-market strategies. Your creativity will come into play as you develop new products and concepts aligned with SkyNRG's commercial objectives and the ever-evolving market and regulatory landscape. You can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and are able to take quick decisions while keeping an eye on the longer-term strategy and goals.

Collaboration will be at the heart of your role as you engage with external partners, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to contractual requirements. With your insights, you'll establish structured market intelligence to spot emerging trends and transform them into compelling value propositions that resonate with our customers. Your profile

Must-Haves:

• A master's degree, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in product or program management, consulting or another project management and strategic angle.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• A commercial mindset paired with critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset to identify trends and translate them into value propositions.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in carbon markets or environmental commodities.
• Knowledge of SAF(c) sales and the regulatory environment in aviation.
• Familiarity with market analysis, positioning, or pricing strategies.
