Commercial Analyst, Deal Team

About the role
As a Commercial Analyst in the Deal Team, working closely with the Deal Team Lead, Deal Team Commercial Manager, and other cross functional team members, such as the Legal Counsel, you will support the analysis, preparation, negotiation and execution of large and complex agreements with major airlines and other large corporates, and senior and/or executive level stakeholders.
Your work will involve project management, analysis, document preparation, communication, and supporting the production of key materials such as presentations and financial models. Your responsibilities includes:
- Communication Management: Handle interactions with potential off-takers and other stakeholders, including e-mail communications, preparation for meetings, and workshops.
- Project Management Support: Assist in managing project documentation, action lists, progress tracker, and maintaining meeting notes.
- Presentations & Financial Modelling: Create presentations, financial models, and other documentation required for commercial deals.
- Support commercial process: prepare negotiations, keep track of negotiation steps and decisions made, prepare documentation required for commercial discussions
- Contract Support: Working with the Legal Counsel to translate complex commercial agreements into legal documents
- Project Involvement: Lead or support key initiatives such as closing HoTs, finalising MoU's, managing by product off-take agreements, supporting third-party capacity projects and M&A activities, as well as ad'hoc projects.

Must-Haves:
- Master’s degree in Finance/business/law/ technology, in case of the latter ideally incl. MBA/commercial background
- Advanced Project management, Financial modelling and Powerpoint skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary and international environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background in aviation, sustainable products, or energy industries.
- Experience with commercial deal-making in entrepreneurial or non-corporate settings.
- Experience within a strategy consulting firm, investment banking, or M&A
- Experience engaging with senior leadership at large corporations.
Desired Traits:
- Creative problem-solver with a knack for commercial structuring.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
