People Ops Specialist

About the role
As the go-to expert for all things People & Culture, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our employees and managers, handling a wide range of responsibilities, from contract management and salary administration to onboarding and offboarding. With an eye for detail and a knack for turning data into actionable insights, you'll continuously optimize our people processes to drive down errors and free up time for value-added activities.
As our People Operations Specialist, you'll take the lead on a variety of exciting initiatives that will drive our HR processes to new heights.
- One of your primary responsibilities will be further embedding and implementing our HRIS system, ensuring that employees and management can leverage its full self-service potential.
- In addition to optimizing our core HRIS, you'll be responsible for integrating additional systems, including our ATS, payroll, and sick leave registration tools, as well as managing bonus calculations and tracking our EPP plan. This integration will enhance data accuracy and availability, ultimately streamlining our people administration workflow. Continuous improvement and automation of our HR processes will be key to boosting efficiency and minimizing errors. With your strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you'll identify opportunities to further streamline our HR operations, allowing the team to focus on more value-driven initiatives.
- Joining and departing employees, as well as any changes in between, will be another key focus area. You'll be responsible for processing and updating all relevant people administration, guaranteeing a seamless experience for our team.
- To provide our leadership with the people insights they need, you'll create a comprehensive HR dashboard. This centralized hub will offer easy access to critical metrics, spanning FTE, leave, hiring, and compensation and benefits.
- Finally, you'll collaborate closely with our Finance team to prepare and manage the monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our employees.

Your Profile
As a growing company in a rapidly developing industry, we're seeking a people-centric professional who is not afraid of change and ready to play an active role in building out our business. Ideally, you recognize yourself in the following:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar HR operations or people analytics role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business, or a related field
- You're exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong affinity for data and process optimization
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels
- You're a proactive, self-motivated problem-solver who can prioritize, multitask, and drive projects to completion
- Fluency in English and Dutch is a plus
- Above all, you're passionate about creating best-in-class employee experiences
