Coordinator CRM - Partner Engagement

For our headquarters in Amsterdam, we are looking for a full-time Coordinator CRM - Partner Engagement to implement, manage and ensure the optimization of the CRM and related systems. In this role, you will provide partner and customer intelligence, while supporting our partner engagement activities across SkyNRG.
About the role
As a key player in our Partner Engagement team, you will support in offering high quality account management service to prospective and existing partners. We are excited to be adding the new role of CRM Coordinator to our Partner Engagement team. Your responsibilities include:
- CRM Coordination: systems configuration in collaboration with IT, regular updates and administration, the efficient and effective overall operations management of the CRM across the company, uptake and user support with active contract data management (with support from legal counsel), customer data quality control, output and KPI data management
- Account support: provide support to users, manage account inboxes, assist in customer/partner onboarding, generation and distribution of reports, invoicing, and support customer/partner events organization.
- Analysis/Intelligence: track and report on customer satisfaction, share customer feedback, generate reports, and identify marketing and engagement opportunities.
This role is part of the Partner Engagement team, which is responsible for ensuring an active, proficient interface with SkyNRG’s customers and partners. The team’s primary intent is to retain, nurture, and enhance relations in creating shared value for SkyNRG and our customer and partner base. Structured within the Commercial Business Unit, we work across the company ensuring the delivery of contracted services and products, collaboration, and growth. Our team has a diverse and ambitious customer and partner portfolio across the value chain including producers, airlines, freight forwarders, corporates, travel companies and more. Through these partnerships, we strive to make the aviation industry more sustainable.
Your profile*
As a growing company in a rapidly developing industry, we are looking for someone who likes to play an active role in building out our business and is not afraid of change. The ideal candidate should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years' work experience with an emphasis on establishing and/or managing CRM systems (HubSpot would be advantageous) and processes, knowledge management, account support, sales, and/or market analysis.
- The drive to support building our business and a more sustainable (aviation) industry across the world.
- Natural interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to tailor and champion processes and systems to changing needs.
- Strong service orientation, looking to provide and ensure an excellent customer/partner experience.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment.
- Please note that the position requires the candidate to be based in the Netherlands or willing to move and has a valid work permit.
