About the role
As HR Business Partner at SkyNRG, you bridge business strategy and talent initiatives, ensuring that our people decisions align with our employee experience and drive business performance at SkyNRG. Whether you are designing a new PC initiative, coaching a leader to support their team, or providing insights into the latest people metrics, the core of your role is to maximize outcomes for our SkyNRG teams to drive business success.
Your strength in designing and defining exciting People and Culture projects, combined with your passion for creating best-in-class employee experiences, will make you a vital asset to our rapidly scaling organization. As our HR Business Partner, you'll take the lead on a variety of exciting initiatives that will drive our team to new heights:
- Building a future-proof org structure, support leaders to translate business strategy into people strategy that engages their team to deliver on set goals.
- Strengthening talent development, e.g. working on succession planning and leadership development
- Optimizing our employee Engagement, leveraging insights from our people survey
- Providing our leadership with the people insights they need based on comprehensive and solid HR data and analytics.
- Finally, you'll coach and collaborate closely with other cross functional managers and teams, being the sparring partner on people related topics.
Your Profile
As a growing company in a rapidly developing industry, we're seeking a people-centric business partner who is not afraid of change and ready to play an active role in building out our business. Ideally, you recognize yourself in the following:
Must-Haves:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or Organizational Psychology.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with international and Dutch HR practices.
- Business acumen and ability to connect HR strategies with business objectives.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to build credible relationships quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Strong project management and HR analytics capabilities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in scaling organizations and working in international environments.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation.
- Positive mindset with an appetite to ‘roll up your sleeves’.
