About the role

You’ll be the backbone of our Legal & Compliance team, playing a critical role in ensuring our legal and compliance operations run efficiently and effectively. Your work will allow our senior legal professionals to focus on complex, high-exposure matters by managing essential administrative and junior-level legal tasks.

Your expertise in legal documentation, contract management, and compliance protocols will be essential as you support a broad range of activities—from NDA reviews to compliance monitoring and training program development.

Your collaborative spirit will be crucial as you partner with colleagues at our headquarters and become a key business ally for the SkyNRG Business Teams.

Your responsibilities will include : 

Legal Tasks:

• Review and negotiate simple legal agreements (primarily NDAs, Confirmation Forms, and low-risk consulting agreements).
• Maintain and manage the contract management system.
• Provide administrative support for corporate and financing transactions.
• Manage Docusign circulation and filings.

Compliance Tasks:

• Conduct sanctions screenings using compliance tools
• Prepare due diligence reports for customers and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs.

Other Activities:

• Support legal team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Contribute to the implementation of the contract management system.

Your profile
