About the role

SkyNRG is looking for a Digital Marketing Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our digital marketing infrastructure. This includes responsibility for CRM systems, marketing automation, analytic tools, CMS platforms, and other digital capabilities that support customer engagement and commercial growth.

In this role, you will turn strategic marketing goals into scalable technical solutions. As part of the Marketing & Communications team, you’ll work closely with colleagues from product, sales, and external agencies to improve customer journeys and deliver data-driven marketing operations.

Your responsibilities will include : 

• Own the roadmap for digital marketing infrastructure (CRM, marketing automation, tools, CMS, analytics, etc.).
• Translate marketing strategy into platform requirements and workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to connect customer journeys across digital channels.
• Lead implementation projects to introduce or upgrade digital tools.
• Optimize lead generation, scoring, and nurturing processes.
• Evaluate, select, and manage Martech tools with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to monitor performance.
• Support digital enablement of key SkyNRG offerings.

Your profile

As a growing company in a rapidly developing industry, we are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, marketing, and customer experience. You enjoy building structured, scalable systems that empower teams and unlock growth.

Must-Haves:

• 6+ years in marketing operations, digital product management, or growth marketing.
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Mailchimp and CMS platforms.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work across teams.
• Hands-on experience in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in sustainability, aviation, or impact-driven sectors.
• Background in scaling Martech solutions in a startup or scale-up.
• Coding experience with HTML and CSS.

Desired Traits:

• Proactive and structured in your approach.
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
