About the role
As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of building the teams that drive our mission forward. You’ll own and execute hiring strategies across HQ and international projects, partnering closely with leadership to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
You’ll oversee the implementation of our ATS (Ashby), deliver training to hiring teams, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish. Your insights will guide hiring managers, helping them make confident, informed decisions. You’ll monitor key recruitment metrics—quality-of-hire, time-to-fill, and diversity and use data to continuously improve our processes.
In this role, you’ll also prepare to step into a leadership position, building and managing a Talent Acquisition team within 6 months to support our rapid growth. From workforce planning to employer branding, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping the future of recruitment at SkyNRG.
Your profile
As a growing company in a rapidly evolving industry, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to build from the ground up. Ideally, you recognize yourself in the following:
Must-haves
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a Lead role.
- Proven success in strategic and hands-on recruitment.
- Experience in scale-up environments.
- Strong track record in hiring across multiple functions and geographies.
- Skilled in partnering with senior leadership and influencing stakeholders.
- High standards for candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience recruiting for chemical plant setups or in the Groningen region.
- Background in employer branding.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing recruiters.
- International recruitment experience (Europe, US, multi-country).
- Knowledge of workforce planning and talent market insights.
