ESG Reporting Manager
At SkyNRG, sustainability is at the core of everything we do. As our ESG Reporting Manager, you’ll turn data into impact. Driving transparency, credibility, and progress across our sustainability agenda. If you’re excited to build structure in a fast-growing, mission-driven company and make real change in aviation, this is your chance to do it.
About the role
As our ESG Reporting Manager, you’ll take ownership of SkyNRG’s ESG reporting agenda: from ensuring compliance with growing investor and stakeholder requirements to strengthening transparency and credibility in how we measure our impact.
You’ll work on projects like our annual Impact Report, GHG inventory, B Corp recertification, GRESB reporting, and Double Materiality Assessments. By collaborating with colleagues across the company, you’ll make sure sustainability data and reporting are not just accurate, but meaningful and actionable.
In this role, you’ll also help shape the next stage of SkyNRG’s sustainability journey, laying the groundwork for our ESG Reporting strategy and integrating ESG KPIs more deeply into our operations.

- Lead the preparation of the SkyNRG Annual Impact Report
- Maintain and audit our GHG inventory
- Conduct and support double materiality assessment
- Collaborate with data owners across the company to streamline ESG data collection and reporting processes
- Stay up to date on evolving ESG regulations and frameworks and translate them into practical action for SkyNRG
What success looks like
After 6–12 months, you’ll have built trusted relationships across the organization, streamlined our ESG reporting processes, and delivered clear, compliant, and credible reports that demonstrate SkyNRG’s positive impact.
Your profile
