Junior HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist
Aviation connects the world, but it also has a big impact on the planet. That’s why what we do matters: by producing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), we help flights become significantly greener and the industry take real steps toward a cleaner future. Working at SkyNRG means being part of a team that’s passionate about making a difference, driving innovation, and contributing to a cause that truly matters for people and the planet, and you can contribute to that mission every single day.
We’re looking for an analytical, data-driven Junior HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist to turn people data into actionable insights and support leadership in making smarter decisions.
About the role
This role is key to strengthening governance and ensuring strategic alignment across the People & Culture (PC) team. You will provide accurate dashboards, reports, and insights that support leadership and board meetings, helping leaders make informed decisions. What you’ll do
The HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist supports data-driven HR initiatives to ensure people decisions drive business performance at SkyNRG. You will maximize the use of people data to define priorities, provide insights, and support business decisions.
- Build, maintain, and optimize HR dashboards and reports using systems such as Personio and Ashby to track progress on PC KPI’s
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of HR metrics through rigorous data checks

- Streamline and improve reporting processes for leadership and board meetings, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency
- Collecting and presenting requested data to the WoCo, as well as B.Corp reporting for the PC team to stay on track and get certification renewed.
Projects / Typical Day
In this role, you’ll spend your time working on a mix of ongoing projects and hands-on analytics tasks. You might start the day by setting up and optimizing the 2026 People & Culture KPI reporting for leadership and board meetings. Throughout the week, you’ll collaborate on the PC dashboard and the Hiring dashboard, making sure both provide clear and meaningful insights. You’ll also help track team and individual milestones in Asana and continuously look for ways to improve how we use our HRIS (Personio) and ATS (Ashby) for analytics and reporting.
