Internship Overview
SkyNRG is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated People & Culture intern to join our team. As a People & Culture intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, rapidly growing work environment. You will be involved in various People and Culture processes and projects, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of different aspects of the People and Culture field. 
Key responsibilities: 
- Get hands-on with HR essentials by helping prepare and organize employee contracts, addendums, and other key HR documents
- Learn the full employee lifecycle by assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities
- Supporting new hire onboarding - think preparing welcome kits, coordinating Day 1 activities, and ensuring a smooth start
- Make an impact on People Ops projects by pitching in on ad hoc initiatives, process improvements, and other HR projects that keep our team running smoothly
- Recruitment for Internships and Junior Roles: Take full ownership of the process to attract, assess, and hire our next group of interns and junior professionals. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Requirements
- You MUST be enrolled in a university program for the entire duration of your internship.
- Currently pursuing a relevant degree at the Bachelor or Master level, such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or Work and Organizational Psychology.
- Strong interest in the People & Culture field and a desire to gain practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with Dutch as a plus.

Duration and Commitment:
- Start date: February 2026
- Preferred duration: 6 months, full-time (32-40 hours per week)
- Hybrid setup, with at least 3 days in the Amsterdam office
